Cheryl currently runs six classes a week in Hertford and Ware, working with both men and women whose age range is 50 to 98! These Simply Fit classes are Cheryl’s ‘signature’ classes and are designed to provide an all body workout. Two of these classes are Chair based for individuals with limited mobility.
Cheryl’s style is not fast and furious and she believes that any exercise can be done badly, so she focusses on helping individuals get the very best from their exercises. Classes are tailored to the target group and include exercises to improve posture, balance, co-ordination, flexibility, mobility, and strength. Above all Cheryl’s aim is that exercise should be fun!
