Simply fit Herts Location
EXERCISE:
1. GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES are held within halls in Ware, Hertford Heath, Bengeo and Hertford town centre.
2. INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING: is offered on Mondays (8am to 4pm) and is generally held in or close to the Simply Fit Birch Green base. It can be offered in the comfort of your own home, providing you have a reasonable amount of space and live within a ten mile radius of Hertford.
MASSAGE: All massage treatments are completed in a purposely furnished room at the Birch Green base and are offered on Mondays between 8am and 4pm. Cheryl recommends Massage and Bodywork Therapy for treatments outside of these hours. www.massagetherapyhertford.co.uk or call Kim on 07747841121.
Simply Fit is run from a private house in Birch Green, a small village location just a mile outside Hertford off the A414 when heading towards Hatfield. Private parking is available.
Please note:
1. If treatments are completed in your own home then separate rates apply which are posted on the prices page.
2. To access our treatment room which is situated on the first floor, steps will need to be negotiated. A bathroom, also on the first floor, is available for client use.
